Sant'Agostino is a ''comune'' (municipality) in the Province of Ferrara in the Italian region Emilia-Romagna, located about north of Bologna and about west of Ferrara.

Sant'Agostino borders the following municipalities: Bondeno, Cento, Galliera, Mirabello, Pieve di Cento, Poggio Renatico.
